3. Accuracy of Inputs & Estimation Nature

All calculations provided by OzTradie Calc rely directly upon the numbers, variables, dimensions, and parameters you input into the tools. While our default baselines are designed around official Australian standards (such as ATO tax brackets, Superannuation Guarantee rates, AS 1684 residential timber framing, NCC Volume 2 stair codes, and AS/NZS 3008 electrical standards):

• Outputs are estimates only: Results do not guarantee exact tax outcomes, contract profit margins, or certifier compliance.

4. Invoice Generation & Client Billing

Our free Invoice Generator operates entirely within your web browser using client-side JavaScript. OzTradie Calc does not store, transmit, or retain your customer names, addresses, banking details, or invoice items.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all tax invoices generated through our tools meet the legal requirements set out by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for valid tax invoices, including accurate Australian Business Number (ABN) display, correct GST calculations, and appropriate payment instructions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual designs, user interface code, logos, icons, graphics, editorial guides, and interactive calculators on this website are the intellectual property of OzTradie Calc and are protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
